The Accounts Department of KIMS is responsible for ensuring transparent, accurate, and efficient financial management in support of the institute’s academic and administrative objectives. The department facilitates smooth financial services for students, including fee management, scholarships, refunds, and related financial guidance. For faculty and staff, the department manages salaries, allowances, reimbursements, and other financial entitlements in a timely and compliant manner. The department also oversees budgeting, accounting records, payments, receipts, audits, and financial reporting, ensuring adherence to institutional policies and regulatory requirements. Through effective financial control and accountability, the Accounts Department contributes to a stable and supportive environment for students, staff, and the overall functioning of KIMS.
