The first-ever joint meeting, under the chairmanship of the Chief Executive, was held in the conference hall of KIMS Institute. The meeting brought together the entire faculty of the institute and all the hospital consultants, along with the  Dean clinical sciences KMU Prof Dr fozia gul ,Medical Superintendents of DHQ Hospital and Liaquat Memorial Hospital, Dr. Tahir Ali sha  and Dr. Ikramullah Khan. During the session, job descriptions and responsibilities were assigned to faculty members and hospital consultants in their respective roles as academic heads and administrative in-charges. The discussion was highly productive, fostering better coordination between the institute and the hospital. With well-defined roles, this initiative is expected to enhance institutional harmony and elevate the standard of healthcare delivery in the hospital.
