A four days hands-on training on “creativity and innovation” was organized by the KUBIC center at KMU-IMS Kohat by coordination with Focal Person from the institute, Dr.Kajal Hayat. We place our gratitude to Mr.Waseem Ul Haq (KUBIC) and Dr.Fazli Subhan for providing the intrigue skills of “design thinking” to our KMU_IMS students. The training was conducted in a very organized manner with an artistic mix of problem-solving activities, teamwork, and hands-on exercises that sparked creativity and innovation among the participants. It requires decision-makers to be empathetic with patients, think creatively, ideate, and continually test solutions to these problems; the approach is patient-centered. 
The student's active participation throughout the training with a thought-provoking positive attitude is appreciated. The feedback was recorded from the participants at the end of training on which the majority of the students expressed their increased creative confidence. Certificates were distributed to the participants under the leadership of the honorable principal of KMU-IMS, Dr. Musarrat Jabin.
